Bookings at a glance
  • Bookings open one week before the Breakfast — you will receive an invitation email.
  • Sign in to the website and book directly on the event page.
  • You will be told immediately if your place is accepted or if you are on the waiting list.
  • If a place becomes available before the deadline, waiting list members are promoted automatically.
  • Please cancel as soon as possible if you can no longer attend — late cancellations may be charged.
When do bookings open?

Bookings open one week before the Breakfast. At that point, members will receive an email with the event details and an invitation to book.

How to book
  1. Sign in to the website.
  2. Open the relevant event page.
  3. Use the booking buttons to reserve your place, and any guest places.

You will be told immediately whether your booking has been accepted or whether you have been placed on the waiting list (with your position shown).

Waiting list

If the event is full when you book:

  • You will be added to the waiting list.
  • If a place becomes available before the booking deadline (midday on the Wednesday before the event), you will be automatically promoted and sent a confirmation email.
  • You can check your status at any time on the event page.

After the booking deadline, any new availability is offered to all members on a first come, first served basis. Waiting list members will be sent an email and must actively rebook if they still wish to attend.

Cancellations

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible — even if you are on the waiting list or the booking deadline has passed. This helps others take your place and avoids unnecessary follow-up.

Cancellations made after the deadline will normally be charged the cost of the breakfast unless the place can be filled.
